ACGIH TLV = 10ppm. Is there a method to calculate the actual result based on usage, or is this a measurable by instrumentation?

Go to www.niosh.gov. You will find info there. Also if you go to www.osha.gov, and then look under regulations for the exposure information of specific hazardous materials you may find what you need. Or e-mail me I may be able to locate it for you.

Both of these site contain mathematical formulae for determining exposure limits.

All limits are based upon measurements and scientific analysis.
