If records are stated in procedures, and a table of where they all are stored is included in the Quality Records element, do I have to state them on all work instructions also?

state them where it will do the most good....where they are directed to be used....the less duplication the better...then when something cjanges you need to remember where all the references are

I agree with Barb, keep it simple and try not to duplicate effort (sometimes unavoidable).
