we recently get over with an audit "b" and the auditors are in all bad words to me as i have misunderstood the 4.13 and 4.14 and 4.19 clauses as well as they said i even does not understand the clause 4.14 at all. i didnot argue on the wordings but i was wondering in the certification audit the auditor (differant) was very happy and praised me for the same procedures 4.13, 4.14, 4.19 (not revised) . he even told me that you have done a good study on the clauses and transformed into the company work / product nature. what new steps i taken for these procedures are 1. customer complaints are interrelated with 4.19 for more productive output. 2. NCs identified in the shop itself and cleared only major will be brought forward. IP: Logged |
