Zero Defects
From Elsmar Cove Quality Assurance and Business Standards Wiki
Zero defects is a concept popularized by Philip Crosby in his book Quality is Free. The idea is that no defects are tolerated, and when any defect is encountered it's cause is to be determined and eliminated.
To Crosby defects are defined as not meeting a customer's specifications. If customer specifications are managed and understood, the seeminly daunting task of Zero Defects is attainable.
