Pay Rate: $75,000-$95,000/year

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve the quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Manage supplier quality issues to resolution and implement corrective action plans.
• Perform root cause analysis for product non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement activities, setting quality requirements for raw materials, intermediate, and end products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, compliance, and efficient problem-solving.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding quality concerns, providing technical support when necessary.
• Conduct and oversee internal audits to ensure ISO and other regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems.
• Solid understanding of core quality tools like FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong ability to analyze complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
Preferences:
• Six Sigma certification or equivalent training.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Prior experience working in a Tier 1 automotive supplier.
• Familiarity with software used in quality control processes, like Minitab or Quality Control Systems (QCS).
