Internal Audits

over time, compliance is determined by high level procedures. As in the standard
document pyramid, it is evident that lower level procedures - all the way
to the level
of work instructions and defined On-The-Job training will be compliant if they follow the higher
level procedures which are supposed to be defining the parameters of the lower level
documents and systems.
