Reasons To NOT Address Compliance
In Internal Audits
∞So - your
registrar and your Quality Manager should be watching your systems compliance pretty closely. Your registrar will tell you any significant change to your
quality manual has to be submitted to them
for approval and may require a re-audit of the
change. Your Quality Manager is internally
typically the one who is supposed to be watching the systems.
∞Your secondary
line if defense is in your document control system. Changes are supposed to be reviewed and approved by appropriate people. In your company, who is appropriate? In many companies its one person. In larger companies there are typically many people who can review and approve documents.
