Sample Size
If you want to
do a systems audit of 7.5.1, how do you decide upon a sample? Lets take as a given that each Map must be audited. Take the Process Control Map -- you have 4
departments to choose from. Do you pick all of them or a sub-group? This is a decision
you will have to make. You will not use a mathematical (statistical)
basis - Neither does your registrar.
Remember: The
idea is to ensure the system in general is working and that it is working across departments.
