We are now entering a critical stage of the workshop.
We will draw on our observations to generate ideas on improving the process. And we�ll review the concepts you�ve heard and learned to gain more solutions.
Most important to our success is to open our minds and help each other in reaching for those creative solutions that will make us more competitive.
We will spend a few minutes talking about creativity, and we�ll establish some ground rules for how we will function as a team.
