Brainstorming takes a lot of energy. Its work, but its also fun. Its what weve held ourselves back from doing for the last couple of days.
Weve prepared ourselves by learning about Waste and making our observations. (Point to Waste Observations.)
Weve done our Lead Time Analysis and made further discoveries of where the waste exists within the process and determined what is non-value added from the customers perspective. (Point to Lead Time charts.)
We did our Standardized Operations studies and looked at the process from the employees point of view. (Point to Standardized Operations charts.)
We need to move beyond our natural paradigms and comfort zones and put on our thick skins. Were going to throw out any and all ideas and capture them on paper and line the walls with solutions for improvement.
We wont take time to analyze yet. Well do that later. Right now we just want to toss out any solutions that come to mind.
