Am so sorry but i am lost (Aerospace)

Hello everyone i am anew member and i hope i was not disturbing anyone

I am working on a company which resell/distribute Airplane parts
we have small branch at the moment .
We have no international certificates.
I have heard about the AS9120B which is stranded requirement for such companies
and my current aim is to take this certificate for the company which means need to pass the auditing according to what i know so far !
Now my questions are :

i have seen many stores sells the course and do the auditing which one should i go for and why ?

i have seen that the some of those stores provide packages which contain many materials like
as9120store all in one package (forgive me couldnt post the entire link)
Do i need all of this ?

please do accept my deepest apologies if i found to be disturbing but i really seek information and it was so confusing to me to find what i am looking for even tho i used search

Your question is so open and broad it is hard to answer. It is like me saying "I want to build a house, what should I do".

Part of the answer would depend on my budget, my prior experience in building houses or experience in some of the construction trades, how big of a house I want to build, when it needs to be built by, do I have anyone to help me, is there already part of a house there or am I starting from scratch, etc.

Do you or any of your co-workers have any QMS experience?

Is any kind of QMS already in place?

Have you read a copy of the standard?

You may be at the point where you don't even know what you don't know yet. Maybe a good place to start is getting a good book - maybe from ASQ -- on implementing a QMS, or finding a mentor or local resource/government agency or SCORE group who assists small businesses in this sort of thing.

AS9102 is an aerospace inspection form. The quality management system is AS9100. Are you just trying to inspect parts per customer requirements?

Edit: Don't pay for the 9102 inspection forms. They're available for free:

Click on "9102 Word Forms" and then download forms 1, 2, and 3. These are not the AS9100 QMS standard however.

According to what you say, yo have been asked to lead the system to pass the audit, not just a need of forms, I what I understood.

If, so, well it depends on your current situation.
If your system runs well, and have enough time for the audit, well you have time to have a training in your standard, and if all training provided is ok, maybe you could support your company to pass the audit, but.. if you don´t feel sure enough , you may need a support of an external consultant or someone who have deep knowledge of the standard.

we were not following any standerd guide or path we are new company who has been working for almost year now with one big client and we keep doing the process simple and easy but currently to extended and get more clients we are required to push up and go on the standerd and get the certification
am so sorry if my answer is not clear and regarding the QMS
we do inspection & do full check of the parts before we submit it and for year it worked fine

the work flow was like this
company A asking for part X we look for the part X on the factory X and give our quote

if we win the bet they give us buy order
then we give the buy order to the factor X which we are dealing with
now when we get the package it goes through inspection once its as per client requested we deliver the package
we dont document most of what we do tho
and now i want to upgrade from this into AS9120
Process audit
again i apologies for the way
and i have the time to read and train i just want someone to point out what steps i need to do and i will go do my best

I think you are looking for the AS9120, not the AS9102B (FAI) as others have listed above. This standard includes the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, with additional quality requirements for Aerospace, Space, and Defense organizations, but limits itself to be more "forgiving" than the AS9100D.

This is similar to the AS9003, which doesn't establish a QMS and just requires formalized inspection requirements.

If you are not familiar with the ISO:9001 or any documented QMS activities, your best bet may be to look for a consultant to assist you in achieving certification. This typically involves a person coming to your facility, performing an analysis of your business/quality practices, and then providing recommendations on procedures and requirements you need to establish prior to having a registrar (3rd party) audit your company to provide a certification.

personally i like to document every useful details i find through the day and i like to be more sorted not going just blindly like random we have hired 3rd party to train us how to do internal audit but thats it nothing else like creating forums or gap analysis etc and yes i have mentioned AS9120 as its my target so the package online which i found has the following
