AS 9110 AEA (AIEA) Auditor Qualification Monitoring Audits

I am keen to get AS 9110 AEA (Aerospace Experience Auditor) qualification. As I am not meeting the work experience i.e two years in last four years, I have to undergo two courses and two monitoring audits.

I am direct AEA(AIEA) in AS 9100 and have 20 years experience in MRO activities of military aircraft but as my last experience was in Oct 2001,I need to undergo a long process.Undergoing two courses is not a problem but I am not able to arrange two monitoring audits.

Can someone help me to undergo these monitoring audits?Can some one help me with ideas to solve this problem?
Please note that I am from India and there is not much activities related to AS 9110 here.

Hi,

Correct.

After undergoing two courses (Tailored LA and Aerospace Competency),I will need to undergo two monitoring audit and not able to find any solution for tha .my employer is not having this product.

please give some idea how to mnage this.

Not fully.If you are AA grade auditor,you may take up the AS9100 Aerospace Industry Specific Course and face two monitoring audit to apply for AEA grade.Completing two monitoring audit may be a challenge.Unless any CB is interested in you, getting it done is difficult as the manday of monitoring auditor is not counted.Another challenge can be completing all the clauses in monitoring audit.So the company used for monitoring audit should not have exclusion/s.If you are keen for this qualification, my suggestion would be wait for AS910-3 revision.Get the AA grade, wait and watch.Even with AA grade, you can be a team auditor.
