I am starting this blog today but I do not know or promise to keep it up.
The effects of the financial crisis are everywhere. GM Europe have announced to suppliers that they are reducing all orders by 10-15%. All the companies I have been to recently are cutting back.

All the very best to everyone for the Holiday Season

I look forward to reading some of your is a tough time for everyone rightnow - the global economy seems to be crashing all round us. I can only hope that we have seen the worst of it but it might not be over just yet.

Maybe we can ask for bail-outs for everything...

Howard, We too, are experiencing hard times as a Key supplier to the Detroit “3” with many questions from top management on how to cut cost of IS0/TS16949 and ISO14001 certification costs. Is holding a 3rd party certification really necessary especially, during these tough and turbulent times in automotive? Would the OEM’s really stop doing business with their “supplier of the year” if, we decided to drop our certification, in order to keep the doors open and continue to ship product in the event they start selling cars?

It has been prooved that the actual financial system has failed. This lead us to improve our policies.
I don't beleive that injecting money will solve the problem because other critical situations will happened in the future.

    Hi, my name is Zoltan.
Recently my Customer didn't accepted the PPAP files. He said that FMEA should have as many control lines we have lines in the Control Plan. Actually we rated in one line the similar process steps in the FMEA, but listed separatly in the CP.
    Can anybody advice?
    Thanks: Zoltán
