We received a drawing from a potential customer from Germany in which many of the dimensional call-outs had either a GN or GX ballooned next to them. Anybody have an idea of what those mean?

We were recently audited by a customer on HACCP and part of one of the findings was "Has corn starch been assessed for allergens, is there a MAD on file for this ingredient)? " What is a MAD?
