Sorry about slow response, had issues with email that had to be corrected first! But yes, HC is Health Canada.
A contact in Switzerland said that they were told that a medical device that they held a license for was being looked at by Health Canada as possibly being reclassified as a drug. I am wondering if there is any truth to this? Is Health Canada reevaluating some of the products for which they have issued medical device licenses, as to their status as a device vs a drug?
