MDSAP Transition - Health Canada Website Notice on Apr 13 2018

I'm looking at the Health Canada website notice on Apr 13 2018 about adjustments to MDSAP transition. Under the criteria for transition it says
"They have undergone an MDSAP surveillance audit or have made arrangements to undergo an MDSAP audit"

Does this mean if a company has made arrangements to undergo a MDSAP audit before the end of 2018 but not had the audit in 2018 they have until then end of January 2019 to transition.

Merlynmk20, that is one of 4 applicable criteria that must be met IF you intend to transition during a surveillance audit as stated in the notice you found on the website.
