We typically (average) have 5 action items every year. I really have no idea what to expect next week. Fingers crossed!

Update on the ISO 9001:2015 registration upgrade renewal audit:

Day 1: No findings
Day 2: 3 Findings (1 could have been avoided)

We had ours back in February and still have not heard from the certification committee. We had 1 finding, and it was administrative only, verbiage in the quality manual.
