Having been a Honda supplier, I think there are copyright and confidentiality issues that prevent others from doing this. If you have legitimate need, then you should contact your Honda MRO Purchasing contact and request access or copy.

We are a Tier 3 supplier quoting on some work that will go to Honda. We are not currently connected to them. I want to look at their customer specific requirements in their Supplier Quality Manual.
