I'm looking for FORD CPA (Capacity Planning analysis) user guide for suppliers. I couldn't find in internet.
Where can I get it ? Does anybody help me?

FYI - the previous post that listed the CAR spreadsheet is outdated. Ford's latest revision for the CAR is 4.3 as of this posting.

Are you referring to the Capacity Planning Analysis workbool posted by antoine.dias (as opposed to a CAR document)? I don't see a revision level on it anywhere, except for a "revision level# 18 in the footer, which appears to be the revision level applied by the user of the form.

The CAR is also part of the CPA tool that Ford uses. Not sure where Antoine obtained the one in the link however Ford uses a completely different CAR with additional requirements.I am currently working for Ford working as an STA Capacity Analyst and this is not the one we are sending our suppliers. I wish I could post the latest and greatest here however if you send me your email I might be able to forward one to you soon. Hope this helps.

This metric is automatically calculated. The Predicted Good Parts/Week is a calculation that takes into consideration the Maximum Parts Possible/Week (P) and adjusts is based on the demonstrated (surrogate) OEE. The cell will turn RED if the predicted good parts/week (B2) is less than the required good parts/week to support next process (J). This cell is directly correlated to OEE - if the predicted good parts/week is less than the required good parts/week, it is given that the demonstrated OEE is also less than the required OEE.

Interesting. What I would do here is take the lowest number on B5 then subtract planned scrap losses in row H. This will get you where you need to be so you can enter accurate data on the GCP site.
