Definition Continual Improvement vs. Kaizen - Differences

Hi everyone, I am just wondering if there is any difference between continual improvemend and Kaizen. I searched in google, and found Kaizen is one type of continual improvement. If it is what is the difference, and is there any other types of continual improvement. Thanks.:)

kaimasu is to change
zen is goodness or excellence
kaizen is change to good, aka Improvement.

Thank you very much. After search I think Kaizen and continual improvement is very similar. Just two ways to express changing things better. Any comments. Please put on.

Hi............No difference at all, the difference is only the language. In Japanese way of saying continual improvement is "Kaizen".

Typically - and if done 'correctly' - Kaizen is small step improvements, made by anyone/everyone. Two examples of other improvement methods:-

Six Sigma - (project type improvements)
Quality Circles - (project)
