Somewhat in that it doesnt answer the Op question , but its a similiar problem
So if i understand right, if we take the example of a knowledge center ( training) the standard does not require all the employees (instructors)that work in this knowledge center to have access to the knowledge center procedure?
For info our knowledge center procedure deals with more than just room reservation and teaching, it deals with customer inquiries, manual ordering,classroom problem solving etc...and contains a copy of the forms used.
I can somewhat see the reasoning of our KC Manager , in that maybe the instructor dont need to be aware of all this, but nevertheless should be deprived of consulting the procedure altogether? is it the right of the KC manager to refuse to let his instructors to look at the procedure?
In the same thought pattern , shouldnt we put at the disposition of All the sales people the sales procedure? or can we just "explain it" to them
