You can also check the AIAG Blue Book related to Control Plan.
However, I would kindly suggest to proceed first with your process flow from incoming to shipping through production line, then perform risk assessment ( I mean FMEA for the entire flow) and then pass to control plan.

Hi I don't know if this thread is still active, But can anyone tell me if you would include a setup in the control plan? This is a control plan for Injection mouldin. any links to control plans for injection moulding would be appreciated aswell.

The suggestion is the same of the other post.
It is not possible a "canned" solution for an organization.
Try to conduct a FMEA, based upon your process flow and then install the control plan associated.
AIAG Blu book is the guideline as well as the link and the post in this forum.
