Just want to inquire regarding the template or format for drafting company's Code of Ethics and Conduct. Sample documents would be a great reference. . .I was tasked by our senior management team to generate one for our company. Many thanks in advance!!!

I am not sure why you need some sort of a template or format.
You can find a good one Here and take from it what best you like to have in your code of conduct and ethics.
