Need Questionaire for Interested Parties on EMS Aspect

Dear Professionals,

I am preparing questionnaires for Interested parties (Like a defined one). WE will give it to the interested parties and get the feedback from them.In that only we want to cover some EMS aspects like Pollution by the company etc....


If possible share any formats if you have..

Why ... ?
Any interested party can ask the organization any question concerning the EMS performance. What is the idea in making the questionner for interested party.
Can you help us understand your situation more better please.

SA FETY has edited his question and more clearly seeks a set of questions that he can share with interested parties (something like a prescribed set of questions)
Dear Sir.
The ISO 14001 does not require you to do anything like this. You are supposed to implement and maintain an EMS in your premises and within this you must create provision for any interested parties if they want to know / raise objection about your environmental performance. It is up to the interested party to ask anything concerned and let him be free to do it. Why do you want to deploy your time and efforts towards this, and prompt him.

I think the OP is willing to seek feedback of interested parties on their environmental performance as part of meeting clause 4.4.3 (Communication). It's something akin to seeking customer feedback. The interested parties can be the communities living nearby the facility, employees, government, vulnerable groups etc. so that, based on the feedback so acquired, they may plan further actions for improving / fine tuning their own environmental performance which is a cornerstone to environmental sustainability for any organization.

Ofcourse, the standard may not direct someone to do it the way OP intends to do yet obtaining feedback is one of the proactive ways of addressing the communication needs.

Thanks to Samsung and indeed your proactive approach is much appreciated SA FETY.
This could be very well done by being loud with the interested parties during your various associations / interactions making them aware that you implement an EMS in your company. They may also be made aware that you have a process to receive any information and complaints (if any) and that your company is approachable. Your system to receive communications from them may also be explained.
You may also think of giving out your company handouts in which among other things the EMS performance is also highlighted.
As I gather, a set of questions is for taking specific information for further processing and in this context I would still say that a standard questionner that you propose to make for the interested party is way out of being proactive.
