we are not Designer as a team.

But what we are doing the necessary changes with product to fit into compression moulding, taken customer approval for that.

Mould and moulding dies, inserts made from outsoursed process.

Does it necessary to carry out DFMEA for the same.

On the surface it seems as though you might indeed need a DFMEA. Is this an automotive product? Are you registered to TS16949?

The question isn't necessarily whether you need a DFMEA document, per se. What you do need is to analyze the process and look for ways to prevent defects, mitigate risk, and save money. As I often point out, FMEA is a process, not a document. The document is an output record of the process. If you're doing automotive work, you probably need the document. If you're not, you should have the document anyway.
