Question Where to get Physical & Chemical Contaminants for for milk, beef, pork, mutton

Hello, I have started a HACCP project. Can anybody tell me from where to get Physical and Chemical contaniment acceptable limits for milk, beef, pork, mutton and shrimps. I have tried searching a lot but have been only been able to find microbiological limits so far.
