Here are the NC (All minor) detected during our ISO TS 16949 audit :
1 - 7.6 : An ESD measurement device wasn't used any more but it was not identified as such
2- 4.2.3 : An instruction was not updated, but the appraiser was working in the right way
3 - 7.4.3 : Incoming inspection : the plan plan did not precise wich measurements are to be inspected
Thank you for sharing your TS findings. My pown comments follows:
7.6 Put a "NOT IN USE" red tag to identify that the device is no longer in use. Then remove it from the list of your devices. Do you have a Risk Assessment Matrix or PPAP documents, perhaps you can review the Control methods and update the Control Plan.

4.2.3 A valid minor NC.

7.4.3 What are the criteria for Incoming inspection. The mitigation should be very clear and operators trained to follow the measurement plan for incoming products or the Risk of potentially accepting an off-spec purchase product is high.
