A good introduction to the tools - and I like the credits for the imported illustrations.

The only thing that I might suggest is on slide 2 -- it might be better to say that Ishikawa identified (instead of developed) most of the tools, since they were generally pre-existing. I think the only one Ishikawa is specifically credited with developing is the cause-and-effect diagram.

Yours is a good, succinct primer. Keep it up.

Do we want additional postings on other subjects. I was thinking of submitting an annotated version of a 7 step problem solving process. Is there any interest?
