Hi all,
Could someone help me on that, as I do not know where to search!

We received a Go/No Go , for checking the core diameter of a thread M6x1-6H that we need to calibrate and validate.

For the "Go" side it says "4.917".
We measure it and it has 4,9538 mm.

We contacted the supplier but they says is OK, regarding BS919.
Does anyone knows this standard?
Could someone share with me how should I calculate the maximun and minimum for those "Go" ?
Thank you in advance!

The quick solution would be to obtain British Standard (BS) 919 from a specification house like IHS Global or British Standards direct. The specification can then be used as the calibration method. One other method would be to send them out to calibration lab and have them calibrate the gages to BS 919.
