Please Help! Kistler loadcell testing

Does anyone have a source to troubleshoot a failed Kislter load cell model 925M125? We are an aerospace company and sold a pair of them in an actuator and when our customer went to install them they found that they were dead (off zero?). We sent them back to Kistler to see what could have caused them to overload and they weren’t much; help so I need to find a third party to try and diagnose the load cells and try to find the root cause of the failure if possible.
