ISO TS 16949 Transfer to another CB (Certification Body)

Hi,
We are about to transfer our ISO TS 16949 and ISO 9001 CB from one CB to another. We were not aware about the right transfer process so we have sent to the current CB to inform them about the transfer and cancelling the service contract. The old CB then withdraw our account. I am having the following questions:

1- Can the current CB cancel the withdrawal action specially that the ISO TS 16949 certificate is still valid on IATF web site?
2- If we are having a concern about the attitude and actions of the current CB regarding this, to which authority we can report a claim against this CB?
3- What is the right process to be followed for the transfer?

Thanks

It is a very, very bad timing to transfer to another CB.
Details you will find in Transition strategy.
You "have" two options:
1. Transition to IATF 16949 with a current CB, and then transfer to new CB.
2. Transfer to new CB with ISO/TS 16949 and then transition to IATF 16949 with new CB.
Theoretically two options, but practically due to lack of time and availability of auditors only option 1 is possible.

Please someone correct me if I am wrong.

As for the ISO 9001 certificate, it depends on the accreditation body; for example, in the USA, under ANAB, they have ruled such practices.
As for the TS16949 certificate, above the CB, there is only the IATF and their branches, IAOB, SMMT, etc...They are your only recourse.

And, of course, your new CB should be guiding you along the way, and, apparently, you did not ask them, or they failed you by not giving you good advice. They, better than you, should know the rules and steer you in the right direction.

From the rules
3.1 Certification agreement with client
This legally enforceable agreement shall include provisions to ensure it can be extended until all transfer
activities to the new IATF-recognized certification body are completed {see section 7.1.1

They cannot withdraw the certificate and despite this being a bad time it gives a good reason to leave.
I am also worried that the new CB did not explain everything to you properly, I would be wary of them as well
