Can anybody post an example of system & process audit checksheet for IATF 16949?

Your processes to be audited are specific to your organization. I'd suggest you put those processes along one axis of a matrix and all the sections of IATF 16949 along the other axis, and then indicate if there is any relationship or connection between the sections and the processes.
This will then help you determine which checklists to use when auditing the processes.
The checklists, at least to start, are essential the clauses from the sections.
A properly prepared auditor understands how to rephrase those clauses in regular language that the auditee will understand.
