Communication of CSR's throughout the organization and who they apply to

Went through transition audit IATF received 2 minors, one being communication of CSR's throughout the organization and who they apply to. I was thinking a matrix of the standard against each CSR requirement and who they would apply to within the organization. Does anyone have any thoughts or maybe already created a matrix I could see?

Definitely a matrix of some type. What we did was reference the standard down column A and give each customer a column B C D etc. Where there is a difference or additional requirement it is noted.

About 10 years ago, I posted a response to a similar question and attached a Customer Specific Requirements Matrix. The example is not up to date obviously, but it gives you an idea how to set one up.

Look at this thread, and scroll to post #4, click on the attachment.

Auditing CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) during TS 16949 Audit

Feedback appreciated.

As to me - the most useful solution: processes matrix versus CSR requirements.
Matrix 16949 requirements versus CSR requirementa only specifies which 16949 requirements with which CSR requirements are associated. But this does not transform into a system and processes, and 16949 requires transfering CSR requirements into system.
