Documented processes required by IATF 16949 section 4.4.1

They could help me, we have some doubts in the organization, of the documented processes required by IATF 16949:2016, they should have:
-KPI
-Means
-owners
-risks and opportunities
In other words, shall comply with what was said in 4.4.1 a) - h) ????

I would appreciate your comments.

Although KPI's are not required in 4.4.1 the necessary processes (not limited to the documented ones) should all fulfil 4.4.1 a) ....h).
Quality objectives for the processes are mentioned in 6.2.1 and the monitoring of effectiveness and efficiency is mentioned in item 5.1.1.2
