Please Help! PCI PIN compliance and Gap analysis

Hello Elsmar!

My company is looking at starting some business which requires PCI PIN security. Does anyone have experience with this or a gap analysis that could be helpful? We are essentially starting from nothing and I need some help getting everyone to understand how much work this is going to be.

Thanks in advance!
