In the criteria. You have two sets of requirements, which are at some places overlapped.

You shall use ISO 9001 edition 2008 instead of 2000 edition.
The copy that I have has Annex A (Informative)
Comparison between ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004. However, the comparison is not given for OHSAS 18001 maybe becuase this standard is not issued by ISO.

Basically, nothing, if you are asking about the audit techniques. Internal audits are done in a similar manner, using different criteria.
