Yes, I looked at those before posting, but like you I couldn't see a checklist - although the 2015 standard has been out for a year now.

The standard is your checklist...at its most generic form.

If you want something more specific, you can use your own documents, as well.

I found this "transition" checklist from NQA which has no copyright notice on it. I also found a couple on G searches, but they were all "demos" or ones you have to buy.

I pretty much agree, but it would be nice if someone would share one here.

Try Scribd - It's the same one I posted but have removed.

Yes, I agree ref the standard. Let's be blunt - I'm looking for someone who's already done the work so that I don't have to retype it :)

I've also got the transition checklist thanks, I need the whole 2015 checklist for going forwards, not just the transition / changes.

The possible issue with sharing something that is essentially the checklist with some organization's letterhead on top, is the potential copyright infringement. But I'm no lawyer, so maybe my concerns are moot.

I usually go by copyright marks, but I removed the attachment here just in case.

Technically they say: "Our Plain English standard can also be used as a Checklist." And they do have good pages. But they don't give away editable checklists.
