Q
QAMTY
Hi all
In revising my process map, I see some issues, I hope you can help me.
In the general Process maps
For example in Sales, I sell different products, such products pass thru
different processes toward the client.
Example:
When we sell some training , well the requirement travels, then starts in Sales, Training and directly to Client.
But when se sell some equpment, Starts in Sales, Project management, engineering, Manufacturing, Inspection, shipping and finally to Client.
In the process maps, should I represent all the different paths to the client, because of my different products?
Or Can I show only one simple box in Sales and under the Sales procedure, picturing in detail the differente paths?
When auditors check interaction between processes, do they really check
the detail?
Please advice on this
Thanks
