A NABCB certified ISO consultant , requested by them to us for a direct meeting ,set by them push us to buy their ISO 9001 2008.14001,OHSAS
for the two our LLC,WLL facilities in QATAR
hardly they looking to it, in case sure the consultant are they ordered a request by them to such details taking from us either for an approval or some what formality cause the meeting
what cause we can measure how good they are , acting according what should be they said about ISO for us

I am not sure if I fully understand what you are saying so forgive me if my answer makes a few assumptions. Are you saying that you have been recommended to use BVQI as your consultants to help implement ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and then they would issue the certificates?
If so, you have cause for concern. There are many threads on this forum regarding the need for separation between the activities of consultancy and certification. In essence, a single company cannot perform both activities.
I also understand that you want to know how to select a reliable consultant - again a search on this forum will turn up lots of threads on this subject. My personal preference is to get a recommendation from similar types of companies; ask for their credentials; interview them; ask them for references; etc. You are the purchaser of a service in this situation, make them compete for your work.
