ISO 9001 Certification - School/University Processes

Hi,

This is RAMKI. I am an consultant for ISO 9001 and had implemented ISO 9001 in many manufacturing industry. I have taken up assignment on service industry.

I about to implement QMS into an School & College/university parallelly.

I have identified 23 processess for School & 30 process for college/university & 4 mandatory process.

is it enough or should i reduce no. of process?

Guide me out.
