Hi ALon...hi guys
I have an audit for the iso9001:2008 soon so i rewrite the quality manual.
the quality manual should be valid till the date of the next planned audit?
best
ALon
It is entirely your call to make your revision controls as complicated as you want ...oh ok great thank you!!
so i'm actually not supposed to revise the quality manual? just the records? such as senior management survey protocol?
also, what about revisions inside the quality manual?
let's say i revised section 5 inside the manual, should i give each section its own revisions? or one revision for the whole document??
thanks
Let's not get control of documents mixed up with control of records. As both t.PoN and somashekar indicates, you should have some written procedure telling you how to control documents, including the manual. Basically, those documents tell you what to do. Records tell you the results.so i'm actually not supposed to revise the quality manual? just the records? such as senior management survey protocol?
That depends on how your manual is set up and what the previously mentioned Document control procedure tells you.let's say i revised section 5 inside the manual, should i give each section its own revisions? or one revision for the whole document??
