What is the procedure to change the Company name in existing TS16949-2009 certificate ? Please guide me

While I can't speak specifically for TS16949-2009, for our ISO 9001 & 14001 it was basically notifying the CB. They wanted to do surveillance audits before re-issuing the certificates with the new name, mainly because we were not changing CB's, management, or our system.

And, since we were due for surveillance audits and they were already scheduled, it wasn't anything out of process for us... just a few months without certificates on the wall.

Last Feb 2015 only I have completed the TS Surveillance Audit & our certification Expiry on july2016. Regarding ISO 14001 & Ohsas 18001 in jun we have the recertification audit .guide me

You need to contact your CB and see what requirements they have for the name change, they might be different. Since your TS audit was in FEB, they might accept that and just wait for your other audits to happen in June as scheduled.

In June-2014, I notified our CB that our entire division was being sold and details were unknown at that time. I worked with them to get as much answered and completed as I could. They asked a number of questions regarding the status of our management (was either local or direct up-line changing), were we changing anything to our ISO Management Systems, etc.

When we changed ownership in OCT-2014, I notified our CB, and answered the remainder of their questions. They wanted to do audits on our systems. Since it was essentially only a name change for our facility and we already had Surveillance audits scheduled, in FEB and APR, they accepted these and, unless any real issues were identified, they would re-issue our certificates.
