You need to contact your CB and see what requirements they have for the name change, they might be different. Since your TS audit was in FEB, they might accept that and just wait for your other audits to happen in June as scheduled.
In June-2014, I notified our CB that our entire division was being sold and details were unknown at that time. I worked with them to get as much answered and completed as I could. They asked a number of questions regarding the status of our management (was either local or direct up-line changing), were we changing anything to our ISO Management Systems, etc.
When we changed ownership in OCT-2014, I notified our CB, and answered the remainder of their questions. They wanted to do audits on our systems. Since it was essentially only a name change for our facility and we already had Surveillance audits scheduled, in FEB and APR, they accepted these and, unless any real issues were identified, they would re-issue our certificates.
