Hi everyone
In trying the 2015 implementation, I see that some companies, use the terms vision, mission, values in ISO 9001, most of the times when doing strategic direction.
But also have seen that sometimes, the policy, the quality objectives and a good designed QMS are enough to guide a company to be successful.
So my question, Really is it worth to add these terms into the QMS?
Really, by inserting the terms into the QMS, would it move the system to other level?
A lot of times it is difficult to compromise people to understand the policy, objectives, kpis, processes, etc. and now we are adding more terms.
Don´t you think that in some cases these terms would cause confusion instead of being of help?
Or in which cases really they add value to organizations.
