GDPR impact on ISO 9001 and Quality

Anyone have any ideas yet how much impact the GDPR will have on ISO 9001 and Quality data and how we can deal with this impact come May 2018?

Are you talking about the General Data Protection Regulation? I'd never heard of it before you posted here, but I don't live in Europe. Hopefully someone will come along with more knowledge of it.

I don't believe there is a direct impact on ISO 9001.
If you're processing personal information in the EU, then GDPR applies to you regardless of what other standards or quality system requirements you claim compliance to.

GDPR has some requirements related to personnel and documentation, but does not require any formal quality management systems.
However, you can certainly leverage ISO9001 to develop procedures and training around GDPR requirements.
