Is it possible to exclude internal audit from qms scope?

its simple.. company working as a group of LTDs companies and such a competences are only available in managing company (not that which going to be certified)
That means that all internal audits planning and execution is mother company responsibility

I do not think that you can exclude it.
You should set your local internal audit process on such a way that reflects to your actual practice.

Surely you have activities for the planning, for the preparation, for execution, for evaluation and for the activities to come after receiving the audit report.

You don't exclude it, you simply have the "managing" company do them. Beware, however, that they may not do a good job. You should develop the competencies in each organization - it's really not so difficult.
