i want to maintain list of ISO certificates issued to clients - year wise. could anyone help. i want single excel sheet which can show cycle wise & year wise issuance.

Clarify what you mean when you say "certificates issued to clients" ... are you working at a registrar?

example
i have 500 clients
iso certificates issued for 3 year cycle


list of certificate maintained is issue date & expiry date


when one cycle completed and second cycle starts, issue date & expiry date will change and new dates will update


so when i need to know how many was issued in 2015 year (suppose) and 2016 year, 2017 year like this


i need to know one customer in how many cycle completed


how it can manage in one single excel sheet



any idea?
