ISO/IEC 20000 Toolkit For Academic Purpose

Hey guys. I am a college student at one of private university in Indonesia. This semester I've been working on my Final Assignment. Its topic is about implementing ITSM Architecture based on ISO/IEC 20000. In order to understand how to assess and map the existing condition of my study case to the ISO/IEC 20000 requirements, I need an ISO/IEC 20000 Toolkit.

I've searched on Google about free ISO/IEC 20000 Toolkit, but I can't find one. Perhaps in here, someone could send me the ISO/IEC 20000 Toolkit via email for free. I'm gonna use it for my academic purpose only.

my email: agisnamulya[at]gmail.com

Thank you in advance. :)

I rather doubt that such a thing exists. If nothing showed up in a Google search, that's a good clue. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "toolkit", but people sell "toolkits" for ISO 9001 etc and they cost, so it's highly unlikely you'd get one free. Have you tried any other groups or forums, closer to the subject?

Hi AndyN,

Yes, I mean the toolkit like they (those organizations) sell. I find this website sell ISO/IEC 20000 Toolkit: 20000-toolkit[dot]com (sorry, I cannot post a link).

Actually, I only need to know how to create assessment or mapping based on ISO/IEC 20000. I need that Toolkit as my reference so that I can create a new one or modify it, depending on my requirements.

That toolkit is more than likely copyrighted material. We have a rule here at The Cove Forums that copyrighted material may not be requested, nor shared here. We understand you're a Student; maybe someone can share some examples of the work they've done.

Hi Stijloor,

Thank you for reminding. I didn't mean to violate a rule.
Yes, I hope someone can share some examples of the work they've done.

Check if the attachments in this post is of any help

Hi harry,

Thanks for your information. I've downloaded those attachment files. After I checked, I thought these are what I need. Even though, they're not complete enough, but still good. And I'm gonna modify it as for my requirements.
