How to Calculate BCS (Build To Customer Schedule) Metric?

Hi to all.

This is my first post to your forum. i have registered long time ago however i didnt post any message.

I want to lean how to calculate BCS (Build To Customer Schedule). I know that if i calculate (Volume Performance x Mix Performance x Sequence Performance)


and i know that ;

Volume Performance =Actual number of pieces produced / Scheduled number of pieces

Mix Performance= pieces built to mix / pieces produced

Sequence Performance= pieces produced to sequence / pieces produced to mix


However i couldnt calculate Mix and Sequence performance. Could you help me with an example?

I did a search on "Performance Measurements for Lean Manufacturing."
Very interesting stuff popped up. I could not find something related to BCS.
Need to look further I guess.....
