Calibration Laboratory Objectives Achievement Report or Plan

Hi everyone , it is sooooo nice to meet you again in Elsmar.
I'm going to attend a Management Review Meeting for my calibration lab with the top management & need to provide them with a report for the achieved objectives stated last MRM. Can any one help me with a document or a form to use???? thanks in advance.

What do they expect to see? That is probably what I would show them...

A table of:
Objective-----Status-------Completion Date

...listing the objectives from the last meeting would be a good executive summary.
Adding a column of key players for kudos might be a nice addition.

Edit: I am, of course, assuming that your objectives were actually met...
