Plant Start-Up - Planning and Implementing Quality Systems for a New Facility

Looking at an opportunity to be part of a plant start-up in a new location. I'm experienced in quality systems in existing plants but looking for any resources (websites, books, articles, etc.) on planning/implementing quality systems for a new facility in quality, e.g. systems, equipment setup/validation, supplier systems, etc. Information related to other disciplines would be appreciated also, i.e. engineering, HR, maintenance, manufacturing, etc. Thanks

Well you have come to the best place I know for help. Will you be trying to implement a management system for quality based on ISO 9001?

It will be ISO 9001 based w/ subsequent registration. I've established ISO 9001 registered systems, so that is not the problem. I'm searching more for check list/project management type resources on plant setup. thx
